Do you feel like you can’t control your worry—like anxiety takes over and makes it hard to function? Anxiety can be incredibly debilitating. It can make your body feel trapped in a cycle of fear, as if it will never end. You're not alone. I can help you better understand and accept your anxiety while also teaching you skills to manage it when it becomes too much.

In therapy, I use a collaborative, client-centered approach grounded in safety, empathy, and trust. You are the expert on your experience, and together we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and gently create space for healing and change.

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, low self-worth, and emotional distress. With CBT, you’ll learn to respond to your thoughts in ways that are grounded, balanced, and empowering.

When working with clients diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to teach core skills such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. These tools support emotional balance, improve relationships, and create greater stability.

For clients recovering from narcissistic abuse, I provide education around narcissistic traits and tactics to help validate your experience and make sense of the confusion. We focus on rebuilding self-esteem and self-trust through boundary work, emotional processing, and empowerment.

If you’re stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns rooted in your family of origin, I draw on inner child work and parts work to help you understand where those dynamics began. We work to nurture the wounded parts of you that learned to cope through people-pleasing, self-abandonment, or emotional reactivity—so that you can develop new ways of relating from a place of wholeness and self-worth.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges, therapy is a space where you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m here to support you in understanding your story, healing with intention, and creating a life that feels safe and authentic.

Do you feel like you’ve hit a wall in trying to fix your relationship—like no matter how hard you try, you’re still not being heard or truly understood? I work with couples who want to reconnect, rebuild trust, and learn how to communicate in ways that foster safety, intimacy, and real connection.

Using the Gottman Method, I help couples deepen their emotional bond by strengthening the foundation of friendship, restoring playfulness and passion, and learning how to navigate conflict without causing more harm.

Whether you're recovering from infidelity or betrayal, struggling with communication breakdowns, or feeling like the spark has faded, therapy can be a space to rediscover each other and rebuild what feels lost.

I also support couples exploring or navigating polyamorous relationships or kink dynamics, offering an open-minded, affirming space where your relationship values and structure are respected and understood. My goal is to help you co-create agreements, communicate needs clearly, and foster mutual respect and consent—whatever your relationship looks like.

For those experiencing sexual difficulties, we work together to reduce shame, improve intimacy, and restore a sense of closeness that feels authentic and affirming to both partners.

Whether you're just beginning your life together and seeking premarital counseling, or you're in a long-term relationship in need of a reset, I offer guidance grounded in evidence-based strategies and emotional attunement. My goal is not just to help you “fix problems,” but to help you build a partnership rooted in trust, empathy, and lasting connection.
